Usage Tips

- Apply adhesive powder evenly to wet ink, remove excess powder, and cure according to your DTF film, ink, dryer, and press setup.
- For best results, test temperature, time, and pressure before production.
- Typical heat press range: 140–165°C / 8–12 seconds.
- For common DTF applications, many shops use approximately 300°F for cotton and cotton/poly blends, and lower temperatures around 240°F for polyester.
- Always perform wash testing and fabric compatibility testing before production.
