The SPRINT 6 is ZSK's first embroidery machine to feature the industry's narrowest free arm, allowing it to easily embroider even the smallest and most narrow shirt and trouser pockets.

Unlike traditional machines, the SPRINT 6 operates without a front "picker," preventing textiles from getting caught in the hook and ensuring they remain undamaged.

A wide range of frames is available for embroidering diverse products, including shirts, jackets, shoes, socks, shirt collars, and more.

Additionally, the machine supports embellishments like sequins, beads, and special threads, further expanding design possibilities.

ZSK  machine has developed the narrowest free arm for industrial embroidery machines. This means that many areas and products that were previously difficult or impossible to embroider can now be processed easily and without complications.

• Automatic color change
  If the embroidery pattern contains different colors, the machine automatically switches to the needle with the correct thread color during embroidery.
• Automatic thread break detection
  With the help of the automatic thread break detection, a ZSK embroidery machine stops automatically if the upper or lower thread breaks or the thread runs out in the spool.
• Automatic thread tensioner
  The automatic adjustment of the thread tension ensures a constantly optimized transport of the thread to the needle and thus enables high-quality embroidery.
• Height-adjustable fabric presser
  Adjust the fabric presser to the height of the embroidery material and easily achieve better embroidery quality.

  The T8 control unit can be operated in 14 different languages: German, English, Italian, French, Russian, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, Turkish, Polish, Hungarian, Greek, Bulgarian and Romanian

• Generous integrated storage space
  The T8 control unit offers you integrated memory for approx. 80 million stitches and therefore space for many frequently used embroidery designs.
• Barcode reader
  With a barcode reader connected to the T8, patterns can be loaded from a connected network and even control commands from the T8 can be executed.
• Interfaces
  Slots for an RJ-45 network connector and three USB ports for additional devices are available for communication, memory expansion and other functionalities.
• Network
  The T8 works with Microsoft network protocols and thus enables easy communication with connected company networks, digital workflow solutions or the ZSK operational data information system MY.ZSK.
