AlbaChem 1020 VLR Vinyl Letter Removing Solvent - 20oz Can
Fast-acting vinyl letter removing solvent designed to remove heat-applied vinyl, DTF transfers, tagless labels, and adhesive residue from most fabrics, helping decorators correct mistakes and recover garments.
Characteristics
The AlbaChem 1020 VLR Vinyl Letter Removing Solvent is a professional-strength garment decorating solvent formulated to remove vinyl letters, DTF and other heat-applied media, and remaining adhesive residue from most fabrics. Designed for apparel decorators, heat transfer shops, screen printers, and production environments, VLR provides an efficient way to correct application mistakes and reduce wasted garments.
VLR works by penetrating the fabric from the reverse side and releasing the adhesive that bonds heat-applied material to the garment. Once applied, stretching or pulling the treated fabric helps the vinyl or transfer begin separating from the substrate so it can be peeled away.
After the heat-applied material has been removed, VLR can also be applied to a clean white cloth and used to remove remaining adhesive residue from the face of the garment. Its fast-drying formula helps streamline correction work while minimizing production downtime.
The Yorker-style applicator spout provides controlled application directly to the area being treated, helping minimize unnecessary solvent usage and waste. AlbaChem VLR is also effective for removing tagless heat-transfer labels and does not contain chlorinated solvents.
Packaged in a convenient 20 fl. oz. (591 mL) container, AlbaChem 1020 VLR is an excellent problem-solving product for decorators who need to salvage garments containing misplaced, incorrect, or damaged heat-applied graphics.
