BP TexPrint XP 105gsm Extreme Performance Digital Dye-Sub Paper is a professional-grade sublimation transfer paper designed for demanding digital dye-sublimation production environments where consistent image quality, color reproduction, and transfer performance are essential.
Engineered with a specialized coating for dye-sublimation inks, TexPrint XP helps maintain ink on the paper surface during printing and promotes efficient dye release during heat transfer. This helps produce vibrant colors, clean details, smooth gradients, and consistent results across a wide range of sublimation applications.
The 105 gsm paper weight provides a substantial, stable printing surface designed to handle higher ink loads while maintaining dependable performance during printing and heat transfer. Its construction makes it well suited for detailed graphics, photographic images, saturated colors, and production work requiring consistent transfer quality.
TexPrint XP is designed for use with compatible wide-format inkjet printers using aqueous dye-sublimation inks. After printing, the image is transferred using a heat press or calendar system onto compatible polyester fabrics or polymer-coated sublimation substrates.
This 44" wide x 393' long roll provides approximately 1,441 square feet of transfer paper for production use. The 3" core is suited for compatible wide-format roll-fed sublimation printers and production equipment.

- Confirm that the printable coated side of the paper is correctly oriented before printing.
- Use printer, ink, and RIP settings recommended for TexPrint XP whenever available.
- Allow printed transfers to dry sufficiently before handling or heat pressing, especially when using heavier ink coverage.
- Keep the printed transfer securely positioned against the substrate during pressing to help prevent ghosting or image movement.
- Adjust transfer temperature, pressure, and dwell time according to the ink system and substrate being decorated.
- For textile applications, use polyester or other sublimation-compatible materials for proper dye bonding and color development.
- Store unused rolls in a clean, dry environment and protect the paper from excessive humidity and moisture.
- Perform a test print and transfer when changing printers, inks, substrates, color profiles, or production settings.
