Beaver Paper TexPrint® XP 105gsm Extreme Performance Digital Dye-Sub Paper is a versatile sublimation transfer paper engineered for demanding digital dye-sublimation printing applications. Designed to deliver consistent transfer performance, TexPrint XP combines fast drying, excellent color yield, and outstanding image definition for professional production environments.
The 105gsm construction provides excellent stability during printing and transfer. TexPrint XP is designed to resist cockling while accepting heavy ink loads, helping maintain sharp details, accurate image reproduction, and consistent color fidelity even when producing graphics with high ink coverage.
TexPrint XP features a quick-drying surface that helps minimize smudging and handling issues during production. Its efficient ink release promotes strong color density during transfer while reducing the amount of residual ink left on the printed transfer sheet.
One of the key advantages of TexPrint XP is its versatility. The paper is designed for use with both hard and soft sublimation substrates, making it suitable for applications including photography, home décor, signage, banners, trade show exhibits, blinds, textiles, and other compatible dye-sublimation products.

- Store sublimation paper in a clean, dry, climate-controlled environment before use.
- For optimal printing performance, Beaver Paper recommends an environment of approximately 23–25°C (73–77°F) and 45–55% relative humidity.
- Make sure the printable coated side is correctly oriented when loading the roll into the printer.
- Allow the printer, ink, paper, heat press, and substrate to determine the appropriate production settings for each application.
- Use appropriate ICC profiles and printer settings for your specific printer, ink, and substrate combination.
- Keep printed transfers clean and protected from moisture, dust, and contamination before transfer.
- Perform test transfers when changing inks, substrates, profiles, or heat-transfer settings.
- Because TexPrint XP can be used with both hard and soft substrates, adjust transfer temperature, time, and pressure according to the specific sublimation-ready substrate being decorated.
