Heavyweight 140 gsm extreme-performance dye-sublimation transfer paper engineered for high ink loads, fast drying, excellent dimensional stability, high color yield, and sharp image reproduction across hard and soft substrates.

Characteristics

Beaver Paper TexPrint® XP 140gsm Extreme Performance Digital Dye-Sub Paper is a heavyweight sublimation transfer paper engineered for professional digital dye-sublimation printing. Designed to handle demanding production environments and heavy ink loads, TexPrint XP combines excellent dimensional stability with high-definition image reproduction and consistent color transfer.

The 140 gsm heavyweight construction provides excellent stiffness and stability during printing and handling. TexPrint XP is engineered to resist cockling even under high ink loads, helping maintain a flat, stable printing surface while reducing the potential for printhead strikes and other production issues.

TexPrint XP features quick-drying performance that helps minimize smudging and handling problems while supporting efficient production workflows. Its high transfer efficiency is designed to leave more color on the finished substrate while reducing residual ink left behind on the transfer sheet.

One of the key advantages of TexPrint XP is its versatility. The paper is designed for dye-sublimation transfers onto both hard and soft substrates, making it suitable for applications including signage, home décor, photography, trade show exhibits, banners, blinds, textiles, and compatible coated hard surfaces.

This 140 gsm roll measures 64 inches wide by 262 feet long and is supplied on a 3-inch core, making it well suited for compatible large-format dye-sublimation printers and professional production environments.
