The CCI EVO-TEX 2000 Automatic Reclaiming System is a conveyorized screen cleaning and reclaiming system engineered to automate screen processing in high-volume screen printing operations. By automating ink and emulsion removal, the EVO-TEX 2000 helps reduce manual labor, improve consistency, control chemical usage, and increase screen-room productivity.

Built with durable stainless steel construction, the EVO-TEX 2000 utilizes a continuous-feed conveyor system capable of processing multiple screen sizes without the need for racks or extensive adjustments. The system accommodates screens up to 40" high, making it well suited for professional textile screen printing operations.

The automated cleaning process combines rotary brushes, reciprocating washing assemblies, high-pressure water, and controlled chemical application to effectively process screens. Adjustable water pressure from 300–2700 PSI provides the cleaning power required for demanding reclaiming applications while allowing operating parameters to be adjusted for different screen conditions.
