BP TexPrint Sports 92gsm Light Thermal Adhesive Roll with 3" Core 64" x 492'
Professional 92gsm light thermal tack dye-sublimation transfer paper designed for sportswear, activewear, fleece, and other soft substrates requiring controlled adhesion during heat transfer, helping minimize fabric movement and ghosting while delivering sharp, consistent images.
Characteristics
Beaver Paper TexPrint® Sports 92gsm Light Thermal Adhesive Paper is a professional dye-sublimation transfer paper engineered for sportswear, activewear, and other soft substrates that can shrink or move during the heat transfer process. Its light thermal tack coating activates during transfer to help hold the printed paper and fabric together for improved image alignment and transfer consistency.
Designed for applications requiring less aggressive adhesion, TexPrint Sports is particularly well suited for fleece and other fabrics where a lighter tack is preferred. The thermal adhesive helps control substrate movement during heat pressing or calendering, reducing the potential for shifting and ghosting while maintaining clean image definition.
The 92gsm construction provides excellent handling characteristics for wide-format dye-sublimation production. TexPrint Sports is engineered for good dimensional stability and flatness while printing, helping resist cockling under heavier ink loads and supporting reliable feeding through compatible wide-format printers.
TexPrint Sports is designed for water-based dye-sublimation inks and provides high transfer efficiency to help produce vibrant color while minimizing residual ink left on the transfer sheet. Its construction also allows heat to migrate efficiently through the paper during transfer, supporting productive calender and heat press workflows.
This roll measures 64" wide x 492' long and is supplied on a 3" core, making it well suited for wide-format textile sublimation production, including sports apparel, activewear, fleece, cut-and-sew applications, and other polyester-based soft goods.
