CCI ChemCon De-Foamer C is a highly concentrated defoaming agent formulated to control excessive foam in screen printing cleaning, reclaiming, and recirculating systems. Its concentrated formulation allows operators to use a very small amount of product while effectively reducing unwanted foam during processing.
ChemCon De-Foamer C is especially well suited for recirculation systems where excessive foam can interfere with solution movement and normal equipment operation. The product disperses rapidly throughout the solution and remains active after being introduced, helping maintain foam control during continued use.
The highly concentrated formula is designed to provide effective foam reduction without requiring large amounts of additive. This helps minimize interference with the performance of the cleaning or processing solution to which the defoamer is added while providing economical chemical usage.
ChemCon De-Foamer C can be added to both water-based and solvent-based systems, making it a versatile solution for a variety of screen-room and production applications. Its water-based formulation is low odor and contains no VOCs.
For normal application, CCI recommends starting with approximately 4 oz. of ChemCon De-Foamer C per 30 gallons of solution. Add the defoamer directly to the solution and allow it to disperse completely. Additional product can be added as necessary depending on the amount of foam present.
