Overview
A round Allied Grid-Lock hoop for ZSK machines with a 400 mm sewing field. The inner hoop measures 14 cm (5.51") across the inside, and Allied sells it as its 15 cm (5.9") round, the size it calls most popular for left-chest work. It also suits purses and tote bags.
Grid lines spaced 1 cm apart on the hoop face, plus dots around the window and lines on the inner wall, let your operators line up a garment without marking it. The double height inner hoop holds the fabric firmly.

Patented Grid-Lock Alignment Grid
Built-in horizontal and vertical grid lines on the hoop face, spaced 1 cm apart and labeled with numbers and letters, give a quick check that the garment is hooped straight (U.S. Patent No. 6,298,800). -
Radial Dots and Inner Wall Lines
Dot marks around the embroidery window and vertical lines around the inside wall of the inner hoop add more reference points for placement without marking the garment. -
Double Height Inner Hoop
The taller inner hoop gives more gripping surface for a tighter hold on the fabric than a single height frame, and adds strength. -
