CCI Microwash Ink Degradent
MICROWASH is a water soluble ink degradent.
It is highly effective on plastisol, enamel,vinyl, mylar, epoxy, poster, UV and multi-purpose (solvent based) inks. This product can be re-circulated or applied manually using the following steps.
MANUALLY
Card excessive ink from the screen. Spray or apply manually to the ink side of the screen. Agitate both sides of the screen with a non-abrasive brush or pad and allow product to penetrate. Stating at the bottom of the screen, rinse off all residue with high pressure water.
RECIRCULATING SCREEN CLEANER
Card excessive ink from the screen. MICROWASH can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and reused.
MICROWASH can be diluted for use with plastisol and UV inks. For use with plastisol inks, dilute up to 1:5 with water. For use with UV inks, dilute up 1:1 with water.
