BP TexPrint Sports 92gsm Light Thermal Adhesive is a professional dye-sublimation transfer paper engineered for applications where maintaining precise contact between the printed transfer and substrate is critical. Its light thermal adhesive activates during heat pressing to help keep the transfer securely positioned against the fabric throughout the sublimation process.
The light tack helps minimize movement between the paper and textile, reducing the potential for ghosting, blurring, and image shifting during transfer. This makes TexPrint Sports particularly well suited for performance apparel, sportswear, jerseys, and other polyester textile applications where consistent image placement and sharp detail are important.

- Print on the coated printing side of the transfer paper using compatible dye-sublimation inks.
- Allow the printed transfer to dry sufficiently before handling or heat application.
- Position the printed transfer against the polyester or sublimation-compatible textile before pressing.
- Apply the recommended heat and pressure to activate the light thermal adhesive and maintain contact during transfer.
- Avoid repositioning the transfer after the adhesive has activated, as movement can affect image quality.
- Follow the recommended temperature, pressure, and dwell time for the specific fabric being decorated.
- Test transfer settings before full production, particularly when working with new fabrics or garments.
- Store unused paper in a clean, dry environment and protect it from excessive humidity and moisture.
